SFFILM prioritizes a safe and healthy environment for all of our guests, talent, AMPAS members, and staff. We are continuing to monitor and comply with all local and state guidelines and anticipate our protocols will continue to evolve.
Our current COVID-19 safety protocols are:
- The YBCA is a “vaccination only” venue. We will require proof of vaccination for all guests, talent, AMPAS members, staff, and volunteers.
- Requiring working staff and volunteers to wear masks throughout the event.
- Requiring a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the event for all guests, talent, AMPAS members, staff, and volunteers who will be removing their masks during the event to eat, drink, and/or make remarks. Guests can opt to receive a test via postal mail, or arrive early at YBCA to be tested onsite on December 6.
YBCA is a fully accessible space equipped with push-button doors and elevators to accommodate all access needs for event spaces. For more details on accessibility please visit the YBCA website.

Yes, absolutely. However, in accordance with IRS guidelines, a payment from a donor-advised fund (DAF) or foundation, the payment must be for the full value of the table/ticket(s), with a second method of payment for goods and services provided from either a personal or corporate account. The goods and services amount cannot be subtracted from the overall item price. Please consult with your tax advisor.
