San Francisco International Film Festival Announces 2014 Sponsors

The 57th San Francisco International Film Festival is proud and honored to have outstanding support in 2014. This year has brought the Festival new and innovative partnerships and once again secured returning support from numerous individuals and organizations. Sponsors enable SFIFF and the San Francisco Film Society to thrive, expand and ensure that an extraordinary showcase of cinematic discovery reaches Festival audiences.

PRESENTING SPONSORS
SFIFF welcomes back Blue Angel Vodka as the Festival’s Official Vodka, which will be available throughout SFIFF at designated events and venues. The Festival is excited to announce new presenting sponsorship by RBC Capital Markets in association with Opening Night, and acknowledge the continued generous support of Grolsch as this year’s Shorts Program Sponsor as well as official beer sponsor of the festival. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences returns this year in support of the World Cinema Spotlight. A selection of contemporary French cinema films has received sponsorship from longtime sponsors Bank of the West; TV5 Monde; the French American Cultural Society and the Consulate General of France, San Francisco.

57th San Francisco International Film Festival

The 57th San Francisco International Film Festival runs April 24-May 8 at the Sundance Kabuki Cinemas, Castro Theatre and New People Cinema in San Francisco and the Pacific Film Archive in Berkeley. Held each spring for 15 days, the International is an extraordinary showcase of cinematic discovery and innovation in one of the country’s most beautiful cities, featuring 200 films and live events, 14 juried awards and nearly $40,000 in cash prizes, upwards of 100 participating filmmaker guests and diverse and engaged audiences with more than 65,000 in attendance.
