What happens to my ticket pack?
Ticket Packs purchased between Jan 1 and Apr 30, 2020 have been extended through May 1, 2021. These can be redeemed for online Festival screenings as soon as the program is released on March 24. In order to exchange a Ticket Pack for a Streaming Pass, please contact info@sffilm.org.

How do I update my contact information?
1. Click the SIGN IN icon on the top right corner of the SFFILM website. 2. Click where it says SIGN IN and use either your username OR e-mail + password or your member number + last name to sign in. 3. Click the Settings icon again, and EDIT MY ACCOUNT to update your contact information.
I can’t find my confirmation email.
Check your Junk/Spam folder for an email from community@sffilm.org. If you find it there, please mark as “Not Junk” and add us to your address book. If you still can’t find it, sign in to your SFFILM account and click on the MY ORDERS tab to access your recent orders.
