Can I buy a ticket upon arrival?
Other than RUSH tickets, ticket sales are only available in advance, online, or over the phone. You can browse our program and purchase Live Event tickets here or by calling 415-561-5006.
Will there be a Will Call for the Drive-In tickets I’m purchasing?
There will be no Will Call at the Drive-In. All tickets are delivered electronically.
Do I need to print my tickets?
Tickets can be printed at home and brought to the venue or displayed on your mobile device.
How do I receive my tickets?
Upon completion of your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email from info@sffilm.org containing PDF attachments for both a print at home ticket, and a mobile ticket that can be presented on a mobile device upon arrival at Fort Mason.
On the final page of the checkout screen, once the order has gone through, you also have the option to directly download either PDF ticket, or re-send the confirmation email should it not have arrived.
