How do I know if I am eligible for a COVID-19 booster shot?

If you completed both shots in the initial Pfizer or Moderna series over 5 months ago or received the initial one shot from Johnson & Johnson over 2 months ago, you are eligible for a booster.

To read more about booster eligibility please visit:

https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/booster-shot.html

How can I show my proof of vaccination?

Physical vaccination cards, photos of vaccination cards, or digital vaccine cards are acceptable forms of vaccination proof.

You can register for a digital copy of your vaccination record here:

https://myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov/

Who can I contact with questions about ADA specifications?

For questions regarding Accessibility for this camp, please contact SFFILM’s Education Program Manager, apatel@sffilm.org

Do you require proof of vaccination to attend the camp?

Your safety is our top priority. Masks must be worn when camp attendees are indoors. We are monitoring city public health guidelines and recommendations regarding COVID-19 and may update safety protocols as needed leading up to the screening.

We require proof of “up-to-date” vaccination and a photo ID before camp starts.

For patrons 12-17 “up-to-date” means receiving a booster of Pfizer five months after completing the initial series of vaccines.

For patrons 17 and over “up-to-date” means receiving a booster five months after completing the initial doses of Pfizer or Moderna or two months after receiving the Johnson and Johnson dose.

Photo ID not required for children ages 5 through 12.

Do you provide financial assistance for this camp?

We want to make it possible for anyone to attend this camp. Both scholarships include the cost of the camp only. Scholarships will be awarded based on merit and availability of space in both the Beginner and Advanced Labs. Please complete the scholarship application linked here.
