Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes! Tickets can be easily transferred by forwarding the confirmation email that contains an attached PDF to the desired recipient.
How do I access my tickets or view my order history?
To access your tickets in your inbox: Search your inbox and spam folder for an email from community@sffilm.org that contains your scannable ticket.
To view your order history at sffilm.org:
1. Sign in to your SFFILM account
2. Navigate to the user menu and click “Order History”
I can’t find my confirmation email.
Check your junk/spam folder for an email from community@sffilm.org. If you find it there, please mark as ‘Not Junk’ and add us to your address book.
How do I get the tickets I bought?
All tickets for SFFILM events and screenings are Print at home/E-delivery. Search your inbox and spam folder for an email from community@sffilm.org that contains your scannable ticket.
