• On the Ticket Packs page, click BUY NOW, and then click SIGN IN
• Use either your email OR username + password or member number + last name to sign in.
• Select the Member price Ticket Pack and proceed to checkout

• Sign in with the same username OR email + password you used to purchase your Ticket Pack.
• Navigate to any regularly-priced screening and click GET TICKETS.
• A $0.00 “Ticket 6-Pack” option will appear. Select the quantity of tickets you want beside the $0.00 option and click ADD TO CART then proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation when you’ve successfully redeemed your Ticket Pack for specific screenings.
• If you do not see a $0.00 ticket price after signing in, or cannot find a confirmation e-mail for your Ticket Pack purchase, please contact us by clicking the blue chat icon in the bottom left corner of the page

Ticket Packs are vouchers that come in bundles of six and can be redeemed for screenings and events with a value of up to $25
