Join us from April 21–May 1. SFFILM Members always get first access to tickets for the Festival and events year-round. Join today and take advantage of a 48-hour pre-registration window before SFFILM Festival screenings become available to the public on April 1.

2022 Festival Ticket Packs will appear in your SFFILM account, and can be redeemed for screenings and events with a value of up to $35. Purchased Ticket Packs are valid for the duration of the 2022 Festival. See our FAQ’s below for more information on ticket packs and how to become a member.

  • What is the best way to see all the movies?

  • How do I become a member?

  • I’m having trouble signing into my account.

    New Customers: You will be instructed to create an account at checkout.
    Returning Customers: Sign in during checkout by entering your username OR email + password.
    SFFILM Members: Before proceeding with checkout, click the gray box at the top of the login screen to choose which set of credentials you prefer to use:
    Username OR email + password or Member Number + last name

  • How do I purchase a discounted Ticket Pack at the member rate?

    1. On the Ticket Pack page, click Buy Now, and then click ‘Sign in!’
    2. Use either your email OR username + password or member number + last name to sign in
    3. Select the Member price Ticket Pack and proceed to checkout

  • I have a membership in my shopping cart but there is no option to purchase a Ticket Pack at the member discount.

    Complete your membership purchase before adding additional items to your shopping cart. Completing the membership purchase will activate the member benefits on your record, including member discounts.

  • I just purchased a membership but do not see the member Festival Ticket Pack price options.

    Sign out and sign back into your account. This will refresh the web browser and update your record with any changes.

  • I’m signed in as a member, but there is no option to purchase a Ticket Pack at the member rate.

    Confirm that you are using the correct member number and that your membership has not expired. Sign out and back into your record. If problems persist, use the chat tool in the bottom right corner to contact us.

  • Will the Festival have programs at the Castro Theatre?
    Yes! We are excited to be back at the beloved and historic Castro Theatre for the 65th SFFILM Festival.
  • Will films be available to stream?

    No. All of our programs are in-person with the exception of Live Talks many of which will also be recorded and viewable on our website. We are continuing to monitor city public health guidelines and recommendations regarding COVID-19. Your safety is our top priority. We will require all guests to show proof of vaccination before entering the theater, and masks must be worn throughout the entire event unless eating or drinking. We ask that guests help keep each other safe and please stay home if you feel unwell or are experiencing any symptoms.
