Ticket Packs
Ticket Packs are the most flexible way to see SFFILM events at a discount. These packs are made up of vouchers that are valid for one year from purchase date and may be redeemed for any regular, non-rush screening or event priced up to $25 for the general public. Events priced higher than $25 dollars are not eligible for Ticket Pack redemption. Ticket Packs can be utilized at the Doc Stories showcase, the SFFILM Festival, and every program in between as long as it follows our pricing guidelines mentioned above.
Cinevisas
The Cinevisa includes access to all Festival programs, both in-person and online. The Cinevisa is the best way to secure your tickets now and includes admission to Special Presentations at the Festival.
Accessibility
SFFILM believes that filmmaking and film-loving are for everyone. We are committed to providing accessible experiences at all of our events whether in-person or online, supporting filmmakers with disabilities in telling their stories, and advocating for accessibility advancements within our industry at large.
SFFILM communicates directly with studios, distributors, and filmmakers on accessibility features for all films. Our website will be updated on a rolling basis as we receive content and verify accessibility features exist. Please note that accessibility features for films may be verified and updated after tickets go on sale to the public.
If you have questions about accessibility or would like to request accommodations, please email ADA@SFFilm.org.
COVID-19 Safety Protocols
SFFILM recognizes that public health guidelines are constantly evolving and we may update safety protocols as needed leading up to our events. Your safety is our top priority and while we are working closely with the San Francisco Department of Public Health, our policies may not always align with SFDPH guidelines.
Code of Conduct
SFFILM is committed to providing our audiences, guests, and partners an experience that is, first and foremost, safe. Although safety can be different for each individual related to personal preferences or expressed identities, we define it to mean hosting spaces and experiences that are free of harassment and discrimination based on sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, class, age, or ability. Harassment, threatening behavior, and violence will absolutely not be tolerated. Not abiding by COVID-19 safety protocols is considered a violation of this Code of Conduct. We reserve the right to revoke, without notice or refund, tickets, passes, credentials, or access to SFFILM Festival events and venues.
