SFFILM Members Movies Fantasy League
Put your movie knowledge to the test
SFFILM Members are invited to participate in Vulture’s Movies Fantasy League, a season-long game where you build a team of films and compete based on how those films perform at the box office, with critics, and throughout awards season.
Create your team, join the SFFILM Members mini-league, and see how your picks stack up against fellow SFFILM Members through the 2027 Oscars.
Note: An active SFFILM Membership is required to participate in the SFFILM Members competition. Not a member? Join today!
How the Movies Fantasy League works
Using a fictional budget, you’ll build a team of films you think will perform well throughout the awards season. Draft your team before scoring begins October 1, 2026.

The league begins October 1, 2026 and runs through the 2027 Academy Awards. As the season unfolds, your score will change based on how your films perform.

1. Visit Vulture’s Movies Fantasy League and create your team.
2. When prompted for a league name, enter SFFILM Members.
3. Complete your team before the league begins on October 1.
