I bought a ticket, now what?

Thank you for your support! We can’t wait to see you on December 6. Keep an eye on your inbox for event updates. As a reminder, all guests are required to provide proof of vaccination and a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours of the event. You can opt to receive a test via postal mail, or arrive early at YBCA to be tested onsite on December 6.

What are the accessibility specifications of this venue?

YBCA is a fully accessible space equipped with push-button doors and elevators to accommodate all access needs for event spaces. For more details on accessibility please visit the YBCA website.

What is SFFILM’s COVID-19 protocol?

SFFILM prioritizes a safe and healthy environment for all of our guests, talent, AMPAS members, and staff. We are continuing to monitor and comply with all local and state guidelines and anticipate our protocols will continue to evolve.

Our current COVID-19 safety protocols are:

  • The YBCA is a “vaccination only” venue. We will require proof of vaccination for all guests, talent, AMPAS members, staff, and volunteers.
  • Requiring working staff and volunteers to wear masks throughout the event.
  • Requiring a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the event for all guests, talent, AMPAS members, staff, and volunteers who will be removing their masks during the event to eat, drink, and/or make remarks. Guests can opt to receive a test via postal mail, or arrive early at YBCA to be tested onsite on December 6.

Do you require proof of vaccination to attend in-person screenings?

Yes. Your safety is our top priority. Masks must be worn throughout the entire event. when not eating or drinking We are monitoring city public health guidelines and recommendations regarding COVID-19 and may update safety protocols as needed leading up to the screening.

Patrons 12 and up:. We require proof of vaccination and a photo ID at the door. You can register for a digital copy of your vaccination record here:

Children under 12: We require proof of a negative Covid-19 test (of any variety) taken within 72 hours of performance start time. If you are taking a rapid antigen test, you must provide a photo of the negative test, photo ID and verbal confirmation at the door.
