I can’t find my confirmation email.

Check your junk/spam folder for an email from community@sffilm.org. If you find it there, please mark as ‘Not Junk’ and add us to your address book.

How do I get the tickets I bought?

All tickets for SFFILM events and screenings are Print at home/E-delivery. Search your inbox and spam folder for an email from community@sffilm.org that contains your scannable ticket.

I can’t RSVP or add anything to my cart. I get an error message that says: “No tickets were found for the request criteria that you specified. Please try your request again.

The ticket has most likely gone to your cart. Please click the shopping cart icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen, and see if the ticket is already there. If it is not, please contact us via our chatbot, email us at info@sffilm.org, or call the Box Office at 415-561-5006

What is the difference between my Member Number and my Account Number?

Your Member Number is associated with any membership or Ticket Pack that you’ve purchased and each can be used to log in to your account. Your Account Number is used by SFFILM to organize your record and cannot be used to log in.

Why do I see more than one member number associated with my account?

Both memberships and purchased Ticket Packs have member numbers. For example, if you are an SFFILM member that has also purchased a Ticket 6-Pack or Ticket 10-Pack during one of our annual events, you will see two member numbers associated with your account.

Each can be used to log into your SFFILM account if the zip code and email address associated with each product match.
