Description

Get ready for the upcoming Doc Stories film series with a free screening of a delightful, timely short film from the New York Times Op-Docs team.

Sindha Agha’s wry seven-minute video essay riffs on a variety of quarantine quandaries, including how to structure seemingly endless days, nostalgia for things that never happened, hummingbirds, solitude, and polar explorers.

Thanks to Lindsay Crouse and The New York Times Op-Docs for providing this short as a means for our audience to test the Doc Stories experience. If you want to see more Op-Docs, be sure to check out the full program, viewable December 3–6!

This screening is being hosted on the same streaming platform as the entire Doc Stories film program. We recommend using this opportunity to test your setup, watch the film on your preferred device, and contact us using the chat function in the lower right of this page to troubleshoot any technical issues.
