Ticket Packs are made up of vouchers that are valid for one year from purchase date and may be redeemed for any regular, non-rush screening or event priced up to $25. Events priced over $25 for the general public are not eligible for ticket pack redemption. Ticket Packs can be utilized at the SFFILM Festival, Doc Stories, and programs year-round, as long as it follows these guidelines.
SFFILM Members enjoy discounts on ticket offerings and first access to SFFILM tickets in addition to advance screenings and year-round events.

What is a Ticket Pack?
Ticket Packs are vouchers that come in bundles of six or 10 and can be redeemed for screenings and events priced up to $25 for the general public.
I purchased a Ticket Pack online. How do I redeem my tickets?
1. Sign in with the same username OR email + password you used to purchase your Ticket Pack.
2. Navigate to any regularly-priced screening and click GET TICKETS.
3. A $0.00 “Ticket 6-Pack” or “Ticket 10-Pack” option will appear. Select the quantity of tickets you want beside the $0.00 option and click ADD TO CART then proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation when you’ve successfully redeemed your Ticket Pack for specific screenings.
If you do not see a $0.00 ticket price after signing in, or cannot find a confirmation e-mail for your Ticket Pack purchase, , please contact us by emailing info@sffilm.org.
How do I purchase discounted Ticket Packs at the member rate?
1. On the Ticket Packs page, click BUY NOW, and then click SIGN IN.
2. Use either your email OR username + password or member number + last name to sign in.
3. Select the Member price Ticket Pack and proceed to checkout.
