La Guerra Civil documents the 1990s’ cultural divide through the lens of the epic Chavez vs. De La Hoya showdown. Directed by Mexican American actor and producer Eva Longoria Bastón, the documentary intricately weaves rich archival footage with exhilarating recounts leading up to the 1996 fight.
