Ticket packages are added to your online SFFILM account, and can be redeemed for any regular, non-rush screening or event priced up to $25. Ticket packages purchased between January 1 and April 30, 2020 will be extended through May 1, 2021, so they can be utilized at 2021 SFFILM Festival. See our FAQ’s below for more information.

  • What happens to my Ticket Package?

    Ticket Packs purchased between Jan 1 and Apr 30, 2020 have been extended through May 1, 2021. These can be redeemed for online Festival screenings as soon as the program is released on March 24. In order to exchange a Ticket Package for a Streaming Pass, please contact info@sffilm.org.

  • What is the best way to see movies that are being streamed?

    The Festival Streaming Pass is the best deal for you to stream the most movies at the SFFILM Festival! Over 50 film programs and bonus content hand-picked for you.

    Your pass gives you access to all films streaming* from April 9–18.

    *Viewing capacity limits are applicable.

  • What is the best way to see all the movies?

    A Cinevisa! Available for purchase to SFFILM members starting February 11. Cinevisa badges provide access to all 2021 SFFILM festival online screenings, and admission for one vehicle to all Drive-In events.

  • I’m having trouble signing into my account.

    New Customers: You will be instructed to create an account at checkout

     

    Returning Customers: Sign in during checkout by entering your username OR email + password

     

    SFFILM Members: To sign in to your account you have two options: click the gray box at the top of the login screen to choose which set of credentials you prefer to use:

    • Username OR email + password
    • Member Number + last name
  • How do I purchase discounted Festival Streaming Passes at the member rate?

    1. On the Early-Bird Festival Streaming Pass page, click Buy Now, and then click ‘Log In’
    2. Use either your email OR username + password or member number + last name to sign in
    3. Select the Member price Festival Streaming Pass and proceed to checkout

  • I have a membership in my shopping cart but there is no option to purchase Festival Streaming Passes at the member discount.

    Complete the membership purchase before adding additional items to your shopping cart. Completing the membership purchase will activate the member benefits on your record including member discounts.

  • I just purchased a membership but do not see the member and/or Festival Streaming Pass price options.

    Sign out and sign back into your account. This will refresh the web browser and update your record with any changes.

  • I’m signed in as a member, but there is no option to purchase a Festival Streaming Pass at the member rate.

    Confirm that you are using the correct member number and that your membership has not expired. Sign out and back into your record. If problems persist, use the chat tool in the bottom right corner to contact us.
